Sauvignon Blanc is a terroir wine. However, its fruity character is entirely dependent on the harvest. The grapes do not ripen simultaneously, which is why we conduct up to four harvest passes for our Sauvignon. Thus, our SB presents exotic notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and papaya with a beautiful acidity. To ensure these aromas take center stage, we allow the wine ample time, press it gently, and bottle it unfiltered. The SB reveals its origin from Lake Zurich, sometimes lush and exotic, sometimes subtle with green notes, yet its distinctive fruit profile transports you to distant aromatic worlds. Chilled, it is therefore an excellent choice for warm days, social gatherings, or with vegetables such as chard with cream, as is customary in the Loire region.
