Jonas Ettlin combines skill, experience, and passion to open a new chapter of premium wines on Lake Zurich. As co-founder and winemaker of Wine by JET, he is at the heart of the wine production.
He meticulously develops his wines in the vineyards and works in the cellar with minimal intervention, great patience, and a touch of courage to create outstanding and exclusive organic wines. His philosophy is reflected in every drop: authentic, terroir-driven wines that combine elegance and quality with sustainable viticulture.
Elias Ettlin
Co-founder & Partner
Elias Ettlin is the driving force behind the administration, strategic development, and international presence of JET. As a co-founder and partner, he places particular emphasis on sustainability, which forms the core of the winery in Uetikon am See. He ensures that JET's philosophy of expressive, natural wines becomes known beyond Switzerland's borders. His work is focused on combining sustainable wine production with deep respect for nature and society.
