Adrià Torres Guerra
Vineyards & Wineries
A native of Spain, he holds an advanced professional degree in viticulture and oenology from IES Felantix. After gaining initial experience at Spanish bodegas, he deepened his knowledge of the winemaking craft in Switzerland, where he has already worked successfully in the vineyard and the cellar. As an integral part of the JET team, he brings his great passion for viticulture to our vineyards and wine cellar every day.
Jonas Ettlin “JET”
Cellar Master & Oenologist
Jonas Ettlin combines skill, experience, and passion to open a new chapter in the production of premium wines on Lake Zurich. As co-founder and winemaker at Wine by JET, he is at the heart of the winemaking process.
He crafts his wines with the utmost care right in the vineyards and works in the cellar with minimal intervention, plenty of patience, and a dash of courage to create outstanding and exclusive organic wines. His philosophy is reflected in every drop: authentic, terroir-driven wines that combine elegance and quality with sustainable viticulture.
Elias Ettlin
Co-founder & Partner
Elias Ettlin is the driving force behind JET’s administration, strategic development, and international presence. As a co-founder and partner , he places particular emphasis on sustainability, which lies at the heart of the winery in Uetikon am See. He ensures that JET’s philosophy of expressive, natural wines is known far beyond Switzerland’s borders. His work is focused on combining sustainable wine production with a deep respect for nature and society.
