& Lieferbedingungen (AGB)

These terms of sale take effect immediately and supersede all previous provisions. We reserve the right to change prices due to shifts in market conditions or exchange rate fluctuations. All sales prices include VAT. Our promotional items, spirits, and wine products are excluded from discounts.

COLLECTION CONDITIONS 

Orders for collection can be picked up no earlier than 1 week and no later than 1 month after the order has been placed (or by arrangement). If not collected, the order will be shipped at the customer's expense.

DELIVERY / NOTIFICATION

Für Verpackung/Versand je Auftrag und Lieferadresse (Schweiz) verrechnen wir Ihnen anteilige Kosten gem. Schweizer Post (Details & Preise siehe VinoLog).

Telephone notifications can only be offered for truck deliveries (the decision whether to use a truck or parcel delivery is at the discretion of the supplier).

SAMPLE BOTTLES

We are happy to provide these upon request for a fee.

AVAILABILITY / VINTAGES

If a vintage is sold out, we will substitute it with the next available vintage without prior notice.

RIGHT OF RETURN / PRODUCT DEFECTS

If the delivered wine exhibits any defects, we are happy to provide a full refund following prior written, personal, or telephone consultation (provided the specified maximum storage period has not yet been exceeded). Deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt, and any defects must be reported within 8 days. Contact us – we are happy to assist you.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment terms: 30 days net. The goods remain the property of the supplier until payment is received in full; in the event of non-payment, the supplier reserves the right to retrieve the goods. Payment defaults may be reported to INTRUM JUSTITIA AG. Depending on the credit check, we reserve the right to exclude delivery on open account or to require payment in advance. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the supplier.

PROTECTION OF MINORS

Wine and spirits may only be sold and delivered to persons over 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age.
