Over the last decade, rosé has come to represent the south, sunshine, and, in all its varieties, the lightness of being like no other wine. Our rosé is a Pinot Noir saignée from our large Pinot vineyard in Grüt, Uetikon. We draw off the juice immediately after maceration and allow it to ferment spontaneously without contact with the skins. The result is a rosé with a bright pink color and intense wild berry aromas. The refreshing acidity, crisp tannins of the young Pinot, and a tart finish create a full-bodied wine for all occasions.
