Prestige 2023 - Pinot Noir Barrique

Pinot Noir is a sensitive diva. In the vineyards, during vinification, and throughout aging, the wine can be temperamental, yet it rewards the effort with an outstanding premium wine. Our Prestige is an intense, exceptional Pinot from our prime Grüt vineyard on Lake Zurich, featuring spicy-fruity aromas. It perfectly reflects the terroir with its harmonious balance of fruitiness, spice, and intensity. To achieve this, we first reduce yields in the vineyard, and later in the cellar, we draw off juice for our RÉ using the Saignée method. We give our Pinot the time, attention, and tranquility it requires. It is aged for 24 months in new barriques, where the wine completes fermentation and the tannins integrate perfectly. The JET Prestige is powerful yet delicate. It is intense, structured, and underpins its spicy character with intense fruit notes and subtle edges. The Prestige is thus best complemented by complex dishes.
