Standard Format 180 mm × 100 mm (W × H) One-piece wrap-around label (front and back combined).
Bleed 3 mm all around Place important elements at least 4 mm from the edge of the final layout.
Corner radius 0.5 mm Specified in the final die.
Paper Quality White Cotton High-quality, uncoated natural paper with a textured feel (100% cotton).
Finishing / Protection Fine Matte Paint Optimal protection for uncoated paper against scratches and moisture.
Adhesive Permanently adhesive Specialty acrylic-based adhesive—completely resistant to ice buckets and wine coolers.
Printing Processes High-Precision Digital Printing Pure CMYK printing. Please convert spot colors (Pantone) to CMYK.

🚀 Print Data Requirements (Data Submission)

Data verification prior to handoff to prevent delays in the production process:

  • File format: Print-ready, high-resolution PDF/X-4 or PDF/X-3.
  • Color space: Based entirely on CMYK (preferred color profiles: ISO Coated v2 or Fogra 39).
  • Image resolution: Embedded image data and raster graphics with a resolution of at least 300 dpi at their original size.
  • Fonts: Fully embed or convert all fonts used into paths/curves.
  • Bleed & Marks: Print with a 3 mm bleed allowance. Do not place registration marks or color bars in the visible area.
  • Die-cut outline: Create the outline for the die cut on a separate layer named “Die-cut outline” using a spot color (e.g., 100% Magenta) set to “Overprint.”
