Are you looking for a special event venue near Zurich or Rapperswil? Our Rebhäuschen in Uetikon offers the perfect setting for a stylish winemaker’s BBQ. Whether it’s a team event, birthday, or summer party—we combine award-winning organic wines with a regional barbecue experience.

BBQ events for groups of 10 or more; smaller groups for tastings, starting at 8 people. We value a personal atmosphere, whether in a small gathering or a large event.

An evening with us lasts about 4 hours and focuses on the craft.

11:30 a.m. / 5:30 p.m. – Arrival & Aperitif A warm welcome with a chilled glass of JET wine. Time to settle in and enjoy the view.

12:15 p.m. / 6:15 p.m. – Guided tour of the vineyard or cellar. We’ll show you where quality is born. A brief look into our philosophy of organic viticulture.

12:45 / 18:45 – Guided tasting of 5–6 distinctive wines. Together, we’ll discover which wines pair best with smoky barbecue flavors.

1:30 p.m. / 7:30 p.m. – Fire & Wine: The Winemaker’s BBQ The grill takes center stage. We’re serving the JET Tavolata:

• From the Grill: Top-quality meat specialties from the local butcher and flavorful vegetarian alternatives.

• Side Dishes: A wide selection of seasonal salads, homemade sauces, and crusty bread.

• Beverages: The wine pairing continues directly from the tasting.

3:00 p.m. / 9:00 p.m. – A Relaxing End to the Evening Wind down the evening with one last glass of wine and good conversation as the sun sets over Lake Zurich.

Option 1: BASIC Tasting

Option 2: Tasting EXPERIENCE

Take a look behind the scenes and enjoy the experience with all your senses.

• Duration: approx. 2.5 hours

• Price: starting at CHF 90.– per person

• Contents:

  • Cocktail reception & exclusive tour of the vineyard or wine cellar.

  • Guided tasting of 6 wines, including water.

  • Regional appetizers to go with drinks.

  • Expert guidance from our oenologist or sommelier.

Option 3: Culinary Tasting

The Full JET Experience: Wine Meets Fire & Good Company.

• Duration: about 3.5 to 4 hours

• Price: starting at CHF 125.– per person

• Contents:

  • Everything from Option 2 (guided tour & 6 wines for tasting).

  • Culinary Finale: Choose between our legendary Winzer BBQ (summer) or a cozy fondue get-together (winter).

  • Comprehensive support from our team of experts.

• Magnum Lounge Rebhäuschen: Our “home base” among the vineyards. With a crackling wood-burning stove for cool days, stylish decor, and an unparalleled view of Lake Zurich.

• Pergola: Enjoy the outdoors without a care in the world. Our pergola is weatherproof; in the summer, the pergola roof ensures that your BBQ will be a complete success, even if it rains.

• Local Sustainability: In keeping with our organic philosophy, we use a Kompotoi. Our eco-friendly composting toilet is clean, modern, and conserves resources right here in the vineyard.

The Magnum Lounge is located in Uetikon am See, near Lake Zurich. The lounge is easily accessible for guests from both directions, both from Rapperswil and Zurich:

• Rapperswil: 20 minutes by car or 25 minutes by public transport.

• Zurich: 30 minutes by car or about 35 minutes by public transportation.

• 5-minute walk to Magnum Lounge
